If a Player fails to provide satisfactory KYC documentation within a reasonable timeframe, go33 reserves the right to suspend the Account and return any verified Real Money Funds to the deposit source. Bonus Funds will be forfeited in such circumstances.

go33 does not accept deposits from third-party accounts, anonymous prepaid instruments, or any payment source that cannot be verified as belonging to the registered Account holder. Deposits received from an unrecognised or unverifiable source may be returned, and the Account may be suspended pending investigation.
If a deposit fails to credit to your Account within the expected timeframe, you should contact our 24/7 live support team with your transaction reference number, the payment method used, the amount, and a timestamp. go33 will investigate and resolve confirmed failed deposits within 24 hours.
go33 is committed to processing withdrawals as quickly as possible. All withdrawal requests are subject to satisfactory KYC verification and an internal review process.
The minimum withdrawal amount is RM 50. Maximum daily withdrawal limits may apply depending on your account tier and verification status. Gold VIP tier players are eligible for elevated withdrawal limits — please consult our support team for applicable limits.

All Bonus Funds are subject to a wagering requirement before any associated winnings may be withdrawn. The applicable wagering multiplier for each promotion is stated in the individual promotion's terms. As a general indicator, wagering requirements on go33 range from X10 to X20 unless otherwise specified.
Bonuses that are not claimed or activated within the stated claim window, and wagering requirements that are not completed within the stated activity window, will result in the Bonus Funds being forfeited. Standard bonus expiry windows are 7, 14, or 30 days — the applicable window for each promotion is stated at the time of issue.
While Bonus Funds are active in your Account, a maximum single-bet or single-spin limit applies — typically RM 250 to RM 500 per round or wager, unless the relevant promotion specifies otherwise. Bets exceeding this limit placed while bonus funds are active may result in the forfeiture of bonus-derived winnings.
Not all games contribute equally toward meeting a wagering requirement. As a general guideline: slot games typically contribute 100%; live dealer and table games (Baccarat, Blackjack, Roulette) typically contribute 10–20%; sports bets contribute according to the terms of the specific promotion. Any Player found to be abusing go33's bonus systems will have their Account suspended and all Bonus Funds and associated winnings forfeited.
go33 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any promotion at any time without prior notice. Where a promotion has already been claimed by a Player, the terms applicable at the time of claiming shall continue to apply to that Player's bonus balance.
All bets placed on go33 are subject to the specific rules applicable to the relevant game, sport, or event category. In the event of a conflict between general Terms and specific game rules, the specific game rules shall prevail.
Sports bets are settled according to the official result published by the governing body of the relevant sport or competition. For Liga Super Malaysia and Malaysian football competitions, the Football Association of Malaysia (FAM) official results apply. For EPL, La Liga, and other international leagues, the results as determined by the relevant governing body apply.
go33 sets minimum and maximum stake limits per event, per market, and per account — these are displayed at the point of placing a bet. go33 reserves the right to restrict stake amounts for any individual Player or market without prior notice.
In the event of a system error, software malfunction, or data feed interruption that results in an incorrect price or pay-out being displayed, go33 reserves the right to void any affected bets. Obvious pricing errors — where a price is clearly inconsistent with the prevailing market — will be voided and stakes refunded.
Mix Parlay bets require all selected legs to win for the bet to be settled as a winner. If one or more legs are void (e.g., due to a postponement), the applicable odds for that leg will be treated as 1.00 (even) and the parlay proceeds with the remaining selections. Minimum odds per leg requirements may apply to specific Mix Parlay promotions.
The following activities are strictly prohibited on go33 and constitute grounds for immediate Account suspension, forfeiture of Account balance, and referral to relevant authorities where applicable:
go33 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any Account at its sole discretion, including where it has reasonable grounds to believe that any of the prohibited activities listed in Section 9 have been committed, or where required by applicable law or licensing obligations.
Where an Account is terminated for a breach of these Terms, any Real Money Funds remaining in the Account may be returned to the verified deposit source after deducting any outstanding amounts owed to go33. Bonus Funds will be forfeited in all cases of termination for breach.
Players who wish to voluntarily close their Account may do so by contacting our support team. Any verified Real Money Balance will be paid out to the verified payment method on file within 5 business days, subject to applicable KYC requirements being completed.

go33 makes no warranty that the Platform will be error-free, uninterrupted, or free of harmful components. The Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. go33 expressly disclaims all implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.
